Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Expense Management System (the “Service”), provided by KONSULENCE.AL and available at expense.konsulence.al. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, KONSULENCE.AL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for managing business expenses, approvals, reporting, and accounting integrations for your organization.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service can connect to third-party services at your direction, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google, and Microsoft. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. When you connect QuickBooks, you authorize the Service to export the accounting data you select to your QuickBooks company on your behalf. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service assists with, but does not replace, professional accounting or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, KONSULENCE.AL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
